I just saw that the World Clown Association has announced the date and location for their 2014 convention (2014 WCA Convention
). It will be March 25-29, 2014 at the Crown Plaza, Northbrook, IL. The website says that, early bird registration is $140 through March 31, 2013, but doesn’t have a way to register….

The theme night is not clear. Please clarify. Is it a playground or radio and tv as the ad on back cover of Jan. Clowning Around.?
They said the theme night is anything Radio, Film or TV related connected to Chicago. I doubt I will bring anything special to wear. My suitcase will be full enough with stuff for competition to bother with a vague theme. COAI in Richmond had a better theme last year with the Halloween come as you are not party.
